Last Year Ever Review

Often, we carry over goals and ideas into a fresh new year out of guilt or a feeling of failure. We review all of the things we didn't do this year, we shake our heads and ask ourselves "what is wrong with me?" and we promise ourselves we will do better next year.
 
I am here to present the idea that doing that...
 
...shockingly...
 
...won't work.
 
You will most likely be beating yourself up again next year.
 
Intead, let's try something new.

Compliments are Nice!

We recently finished another really wonderful round of Goal Ninjas Bootcamp to Create the Kick Ass Life you Crave. As always, the experience was amazing. I really, REALLY don't want to sound self-serving here, but man, the feedback I got has been just amazing. Someone actually said I was "the most caring person I think I have ever met", and another person called me a "strong, intuitive, directed genius"!

This work is my passion, and as I am sure you struggle with from time to time, so...

Be your own Hero

I just got back from a retreat in Scottsdale, Arizona. I jumped BIG the last quarter of 2010 and landed in a year-long mastermind/mentorship program, investing MANY thousands of dollars in ME and my big dreams. This retreat was the first of a year of pushing my expectations of myself and the number of people I can serve beyond what is comfortable into the realm of transformational, where I love to be.
