Often,
we carry over goals and ideas into a fresh new year out of guilt or a
feeling of failure. We review all of the things we didn't do this year,
we shake our heads and ask ourselves "what is wrong with me?" and we
promise ourselves we will do better next year.
I am here to present the idea that doing that...
...shockingly...
...won't work.
You will most likely be beating yourself up again next year.
